Vintage Ultima PDM Videocassettes Italy Cycling Maglia Jersey, 1980's? XL

PDM cycling jersey.  I think this is from the 1980's.
Size is an XL, has some pen marks on the front by the zipper and the name of previous owner on inside collar.  Otherwise in good overall condition.
