Vintage SCHWINN Bicycle Dealer Franchise Certificate - Rare!

Description

Very rare Schwinn dealer's certificate - based on the previous owners other certifications I would estimate this to be from the late 1960s to early 1970s.
In-frame this measures just under 17x14".  Frame is faux wood made of plastic.
In really nice condition considering the age and the fact there's no protective covering.  A couple scattered, small brown spots, but can't really be seen from a distance - please see photos.
