Black vinyl
18-1/2" long, ~5" wide, 5" tall
It is most likely from the 1990s
It has a metal base (seat pan)
This seat is New Old Stock however it
does have a small tear (~1/2" x 1/2")
in the vinyl on the right side (as sitting on the seat) (
see photos)
It was inside the factory plastic wrap and was removed to take photographs.
