This is an Original Vintage "Seat Tension Adjustment" Tool from the Brooks Saddle Co.
** Supplied with Top Model Saddles like the "Brooks Professional" and "B - 17 Model" Saddles back in the 1960's.
** Used to Adjust the Tension at the Nose of the Saddle for Comfort.
** Has Two "Open End" Options - Both are 9/16 W (Whitworth) Size.
** Made in England.
