It may take up to 7 business days to process your return for exchange or credit.  Any package that is authorized for return must have the issued RMA # clearly written on the outside of the return package in order for us to accept it and process it. Any package that is delivered to us with out the RMA # clearly written on the outside of the packaging will unfortunately not be accepted in order to limit the amount of lost and misplaced goods.
