, for a LIFESIZE taxidermy mount, from New Zealand, (
with VERY NICE- HUGE set of HORNS.  This is a RARE FIND, for anyone looking for a replacement skin, and or horns, from this BEAUTIFUL Animal...
The HORNS, are about 12" long, measured along the curve of the HORNS, has a horn spread of 5" from tip to tip...  and the horn bases are 8 1/2" .. The skin, LOOKS to be a very nice FRESH TAN,  and I can get measurements off the skin, IF needed... it is a Large nice skin with GREAT MANE and hair... nose, ears, mouth and eyes all look good... it was RAINING the day i took the pictures is why, I did not get it out and spread it...
IF you ever wanted one of these nice trophies, for decoration, this is one is VERY NICE !
Himalayan tahr
(Hemitragus jemlahicus)
are large goat-like animals, native to the central Himalayan ranges of India and Nepal. In New Zealand tahr are found in the central Southern Alps between about the Rakaia and Whitcombe valleys in the north to about Lake Hawea in the south.... They are considered PEST in New Zealand by many .... LUCKILY, hunters  convinced the game commission there to NOT kill them all out ... and have hunting seasons on them ....
All these are WILD GOATS & SHEEP, and MAY have NATURAL dings and cracks-splits - GREAT LOOKING SET OF NICE HORNS!!
This one would make an AWESOME DISPLAY, for that LOG CABIN or LODGE LOOK!!
