OMC Johnson Evinrude 150-235 hp lower unit gear case assembly 25" 0393458

Description

For sale is the lower unit for 1984-1985 OMC Johnson Evinrude 150-235 hp outboards,
this may fit other models too.
This lower unit is in good working condition, it was removed from a running outboard that was only used in freshwater. This gear box turns over smoothly and shifts correctly. The gear lube was clean when we checked it, no water and no metal. The water pump impeller is intact but does have some memory.
This is an extra-long shaft lower unit(25" transom), the driveshaft measures ~24" from the top of the water pump housing to the top of the driveshaft. The driveshaft has 20 splines, the prop shaft has 15 splines. The cavitation plate has been drilled for hydro-foil at some point. See pics.
