this is a 7 in single groove pully.  this is from a 3.0. this will fit most 120/140/2.5 and 3.0 OMC engines, from the early 80s to the mid 90s..   This came off a fresh water only boat. we only ship to the lower 48 states. Please ask any questions before you bid thanks
