hardware, it
is made
of
light alloy in Taiwan.

The shipping cost is the same for any location in the USA, however, the item cannot be shipped to military addresses (APO or FPO) and addresses in Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Guam or any other locations outside of the continental US. The shipping time to the USA is 4-6 business days.
