It is for A high QUALITY, DRY TANNED ELK SHOULDER CAPE. It is in overall Excellent condition, from looking at it. The hair is great, no holes,OR, if any very small.. The measurements are Nose to eye, is 10", and the neck, right at the ears is 22" The cape looks great, has a lot of stretch... should make a great looking mount
