Mercury 60 hp 4 stroke 2013 lower unit gear case big foot needs rebuild

Mercury 60 hp 4 stroke 2013 lower unit gear case big foot. Case only.  Gears and seals need replacement.  Caught a line in prop seals and drove miles loosing prop lube, at the dock, the gearing was noisey and no lube, removed and clanking sound in gear case.  Added lube, pressure tested good but won't shift.
The case was pressure tested good, needs seals and ?? rebuild.
only sand wear on skeg.
Warrantee only on case.  30 days.  Buyer pays return shipping.
