    The best assurance accessible against expensive detachable engine robbery. McGard detachable engine locks are intended to bolt the bolt that holds the detachable onto the transom of the boat. Essentially supplant one of the mounting nuts with a McGard locking nut. These detachable engine locks are completely machined from great tempered steel and are through-solidified. A free-turning collar turns whenever assaulted by holding apparatuses. Fits the majority of the accompanying detachable engines: Honda 8-20 hp, Johnson/Evinrude 6-30 hp, Mercury/Sailor 8-25 hp, Nissan 8-18 hp, Suzuki 8-30 hp, Tohatsu 8-18 hp, Yamaha 8-25 hp (lock may fit approximately 2 strokes up to 30 hp, check opening breadth). *Will fit other little outboards with a 5/16" opening in the transom section for mounting the engine (tempered steel bolt remembered for set).
