Clement Mastice per Tubolari Pista - Vintage tube of tubular tire glue

Clement "Mastice per Tubolari Pista"
Tire cement for track tubular. I am calling this new as it seems to be unopened with the glue still inside, but it has shelf wear and glue residue (for leaking or just being in a shop environment?)
I am selling it as a cycling artifact/collectible. If you need tubular cement, better to use some brand new stuff than to crack open this tube of adhesive from the...50's-60's-70's?
