This seal kit is for the carburetor fuel bowl of ALL Chrysler and
Force
(Force = Mercury owned Chrysler designs) Outboards
ranging from
3.5-150 HP. Includes 3 seals.
Most Force/Chrysler small outboards have one carb, the larger outboards have 2 carbs (in the case of 4 cylinders) or up to 3 carbs in 3 cylinders (85hp) etc.
This is an easy repair and takes only a few minutes per carb to perform. This seal is guaranteed to fit ALL Chrysler / Force outboards from 1965 to the 1999.
These are VERY simple carburetors and in almost all cases all that's required for a rebuild is to clean the float needle/valve, the main jet tube, and replace this seal. In many cases, those are also clean as a whistle and only this seal needs to be replaced.
