Antique 1897 Victorian Collapsible Cup Metal Travel Hiking Cup Ornate Floral

Offered for sale is this nice antique collapsible metal travelling cup. Marked Patent Feb. 23 `97 Made in U.S.A. It has a ornate floral design on the lid. The metal looks to me like nickel plated brass...at least on the lid and bottom piece. It is still in good enough condition to use.
