1956 OMC Johnson Evinrude 10 hp lower unit gear case assembly

Here we have a lower unit for 1956 Johnson Evinrude 10 hp outboards, this may fit other models as well.  This lower unit is in good working condition, it turns over smoothly and shifts correctly. The gear lube was clean when we checked it- no water and no metal. That said, I do not know if the seals have been serviced. The water pump impeller is in decent condition- it has a little memory. This is a short shaft lower unit for 15” transoms. There is some paint loss and a slight bend in the anti-cavitation plate but no cracks or breaks on this gear case. See pics.
