1940's Vintage Quilted Dressing Gown
From B. Altmann, New York
Shiny Like Satin, but the weave is more pronounced than satin
Peak Lapels
Puffed shoulders, shoulder Pads to make them more pronounced
Pocket on one side
Tie Belt
Lined
No Size tag, so Please go by measurements taken laid flat seam to seam
13 1/2" shoulder to shoulder
19 1/2" armpit to armpit measured on the inside back
16 1/2" waist
21" hips
24 1/4" sleeves
52 1/2" long from back neck
Excellent Vintage Condition. there may be some quilt stitches missing, but to tell you the truth
I didn't see any. The bottom is wrinkled from being stored in a garment bag all these years
My steamer is sputtering, so didn't want do use on it
